Jeffrey Walters D.D.S.

Dr. Jeff Walters earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1994 and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry with High Distinction in 1997. He and his wife DeAnn moved here that summer and he began practicing at Cumberland Family Dental shortly thereafter. Dr. Walters is an active member in the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association and the West Central Wisconsin Chapter of the Seattle Study Club. Through these associations he has taken many continuing education classes involving esthetic dentistry, endodontics, restorative treatments and materials, diagnosis and treatment planning, implant dentistry, bruxism, TMJ disorders, pediatric dentistry and prevention. Dr. Walters' philosophy is to offer the highest quality of dental care with the utmost focus on involving the individual in the education and care of their oral health.

Dr. Walters is active in the community with the Boy Scouts of America and the local Kiwanis organization. He also has served as a board member with Kinship of Cumberland and the GAP, and is a past council member of Augustana Lutheran Church. He lives in Cumberland with his wife DeAnn and his children Stephanie and Nicholas. In his free time, Dr. Walters enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.

Erin Lehmann D.D.S.

I am very fortunate that I love my job as a dentist. I look forward to going to the office each day to see the people I work with and the patients I treat. Being a general dentist allows me to treat all members of a family and practice all areas of dentistry. The relationships I have formed with my patients are the best part of my job. I am honored to be a part of my patients lives while helping them improve and maintain their oral health.

Dr. Lehmann graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2004. She is a member of the West Central Wisconsin Study Club and attends education seminars and annual meetings of the Wisconsin and Minnesota Dental Associations and is an active member in the American Dental Association. Dr. Lehmann spent three years working with the Rural Health Dental Clinics of Wisconsin treating patients that are uninsured and that have access to care issues. This experience also brought her into elementary schools in our region to help with preventive care and education of Wisconsin Children.

Dr. Lehmann grew up in Cumberland, Wisconsin. She feels fortunate to live, work and raise her family in her hometown. Dr. Lehmann and her husband Aaron have two children, a son Miles and a daughter Charlie. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, practicing yoga and traveling.

HYGIENISTS

Cindy, RDH

Cindy has been with us at Cumberland Family Dental since 1991. She is a graduate of NWTC in Green Bay with a degree in dental hygiene. Cindy is married and has three Children. She grew up in Birchwood on a dairy farm with 11 siblings. In her free time Cindy enjoys spending time with family, gardening, country living and keeping active in her church.

Joan, RDH

Joan has worked in the dental field for over 30 years, starting as a dental assistant. She received her dental hygiene degree from Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN in 1989. Joan and her husband have one son, Matt. Joan and Al volunteer with the Chetek Hydroflites water ski show team and enjoy all sorts of water sports, including kayaking and diving.

Jennie, RDH

Jennie graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN. She has been a hygienist with Cumberland Family Dental since 2004. Jennie is married and has 3 children and 2 dogs whom she loves spending time with. In her free time she enjoys camping and boating.

OFFICE STAFF

Mary

Mary has been with Cumberland Family Dental since 2004. She is one of "The Girls" at our front desk. Mary is responsible for scheduling and helping keep the front office running smoothly. She is married and has three grown children and seven grandchildren. When she is not spending time with the grandkids you can usually find her fishing or up north at their cabin.

Tricia

Tricia is the newest member to join our team. She is married and has 3 children. They also have one cat and one dog. In her spare time she loves gardening, spending time with her family and being home. Tricia also has a small business, "Bottled Treasures" where she melts bottles into unique gifts.

ASSISTANTS

Brenda

Brenda has been a dental assistant at our office for 23 years. She has two children and two grandchildren. Brenda loves golfing, biking, running, and spending time with family and friends.

Kathy

Kathy has been a dental assistant for the past 15 years. She has three boys, one stepdaughter and one step-grandchild. She enjoys horseback riding, walking and spending time with family and friends.

Shelly

Shelly has been a dental assistant for 28 years. She is new to Cumberland, relocating here in June 2018. She has one daughter, one grandson and one granddaughter. She has three stepchildren and three step grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
